1/72 SH-60B Seahawk (Hasegawa 1:72 Aircraft Series D01)
The Sikorsky SH-60B Seahawk is a multipurpose helicopter that was adopted by the US Navy's LAMPS Mk.3 (LAMPS Mk.3 Multipurpose Light Aircraft System). It was developed for carrier use based on the Army's UH-60A Blackhawk, and has been modified with increased engine power, a folding rotor blade mechanism, and a shorter wheelbase, and is equipped with the necessary equipment and electronic devices for a carrier-based aircraft. Its main missions are ASW (anti-submarine warfare) and ASST (anti-ship search and rescue), and it is also active in search and rescue, various transportation, etc. The first Seahawk squadron was HSL-41, which was formed in 1984.
