When making BMC chisels by hand, there are measurement errors within the handles. If the metal cap is too hard, please wrap the chisel in cellophane tape to adjust the thickness. However, if it is too tight please sharpen the tip and scrape the inside.

The maximum size of the tagane that can be mounted is "width: about 5.0mm/ thickness: about 2.6mm". If you remove the
metal cap once and re-install it, be sure to make it vertical and twist it. If you feel
tight, do not force it to tighten, check the vertical, and tighten it. If
continue to tighten diagonally, the thread of the holder will collapse because of abs resin and will not be able to be used.
