The King of Argama has issued the following quests!
King Arthur of the house of Argama decrees any person who resides in the Great Land of the North would be adventurer to the following:
Are you ready for an epic adventure?! Argama Hobby is pleased to invite you to our first store competition. We want you to show us your most epic take on the 30 Minute Fantasy series. Choose from one of the many base kits, prepare your gear and head out to gain glory and honour! Welcome to Argama Hobby’s EPIC 30 MINUTES FANTASY COMPETITION! Are you ready to become a legend?
For this competition we are keeping it within the Fantasy Aesthetic
or a limited time the 30 Minute Fantasy base kits line will be on sale! Starting now till the end of January 2026.
For anyone who comes and enters their completed build to the in-store event on March 1st, 2026 , you will receive a raffle ticket for some extra on top of contest prizes!

1. HOW DO I ENTER?
There are two options for entering;
OPTION 1: ONLINE (VIA E-MAIL)

During the Event on March 14th, all online entries will be judged and displayed on the in store screens!
*Do not register online if you intend on being at the in person event.
*We only accept registrations for entrants who resides in Canada.
OPTION 2: IN PERSON
We will be hosting an in person competition and event at Argama Hobby all day on March 14, 2026 (Saturday).
There will be registration forms on site for you to fill out!

2. CATEGORIES
Starter Island Quest (Out-of-box)
Entries may be of any 30 Minute Mission Fantasy kit but must be built straight out of the box with the allowance of one additional armour set maximum; and will be judged on technical modeling and/or painting skills only. (please note this category does not allow kit-bashing or modifications of any kind, this including class up armour packs)
Deep Dungeons Quest (Kitbashed/Customized)
Open ended, HOWEVER the base kit must be a 30 Minute Mission Fantasy kit. The entirety of the base kit must exist within the build, with the exception of the head and following the theme of the contest, you can include any of the following in this category; custom paint including weathering of all types, kit modification or kit combination (kit-bashing of any type/kit line), LED lighting effects, custom scribing, custom parts, sculpting. 3D Printing is not allowed including on any base/diorama.
3. Scoring
For these Quests, scoring will be done through EXP points gain! Depending what Quest you decide to accept will depend on how much EXP you will get! The top three in each Quest will receive a Prize!

Starter Island Quest - you will gain EXP points based on the following factors, technical modeling and/or painting skills.

Deep Dungeons Quest - you will gain EXP points based on a combination of the following (not all are necessary to win!); custom paint including weathering of all types, kit modification or kit combination(kit-bashing of any type/kit line), LED lighting effects, custom scribing, custom parts, scratch-building, and sculpting.
You will also gain bonus EXP for both Quests on the overall presentation (the pose), the successful integration of any additional 30MM fantasy parts(Deep Dungeons only), and finally how “on-theme” you are. (the more fantasy looking the better).
4. PRIZES
Online Entries: there will be a prize for the best entry for each Quest.
In-Person Entries: there will be a third, second and first prize for each Quest.
