- Day Camp: $125/day (includes $25 kit coupon).
Is there a sibling or friend discount?
Yes! Families and friends who register together (full-week program only) receive a $50 voucher. This can be applied toward purchasing kits (including but not limited to upgrades beyond the included kit value). Vouchers must be used before the end of August and are non‑refundable.
How does the kit value work?
- Each weekly registration includes kits valued at $100. (for day campers $25 coupon is provided)
- Participants may choose their kits during class or select them in advance.
- Parents may top up the value if they want a higher‑priced kit.
- Unused kit value is non‑refundable.
- All kits are provided through Argama Hobby to ensure quality and suitability.
What happens the camper is absent?
- Parents must notify us before 9a.m. if a child will be absent - preferrably via email.
- Missed days are non‑refundable, but kits (that should be selected for the missed days) will be provided for pickup.
- Make‑up days may be offered for illness, subject to space availability.
How does lunch work?
- Lunch is not included in the base fee.
- Parents may pack their own nut‑free lunch.
- Optional lunch plan: $12/day (allergy‑aware menu).
What should participants bring or avoid?
- Bring: Closed‑toe shoes, water bottle, nut‑free snacks.
- Avoid: Valuables such as phones, electronics, money, or collectibles — we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.
- All kits, paints, and tools are provided.
Is supervision provided?
Yes. A dedicated staff member is present at all times to ensure safety and guidance.
Are waivers required?
Yes. Parents must sign a Safety Waiver (for use of tools and paints) and a Photo Release Waiver (for group photos and certificates) before the first class.
