OLFA Compass Cutter (Japan Version: 57B)

This handy cutter uses a compass-like technique to cut thin materials like paper, vinyl, and film into circular shapes. It can cut diameters from 1cm to 15cm. It comes with a puncture prevention plate. Five replacement blades are built into the cap. When using the plate, it can cut diameters from 4cm to 15cm.
