Mr.Cotton Swab - 2 Types Set (ST01)

●Round Type
Use when applying decals. Slightly wet the cotton swab with water and roll it over the surface. This removes excess water and air bubbles from under the decal.

●Triangular Type
Use for makeup on figures and dolls. Use the cotton swab dry. Apply paint to the tip of the cotton swab and use it for eye and mouth makeup, or to wipe away any excess paint.
