The Mobile Suit Gundam THE ORIGIN MSD (Mobile Suit Discovery) continues the series with the release of the Zaku Desert type with its Double Antenna customization. This Zaku has unique color scheme produced by camouflage coloring by using water slide decals. The kit's unique armaments and accessories are also newly molded for this specific variant - and some are shared with other Zaku MSD model kits released prior to this model.

The kit is also completed with SA-712 Cracker pod, Double missile pods, Triple missile pod, and a heat hawk.
