Canada

We deliver all our products to provinces in Canada (except for Northwest Territories and Nunavut).

Greater Toronto Area (non-PO Boxes)

  • Purchase below $30 before tax - $15 shipping fee
  • Purchase between $30 to $100 before tax - $10 shipping fee
  • Purchase over $100 before tax - free shipping

Order dispatch time will be between 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).  We uses Flashbox, Stallion Express, or Canada Post for GTA shipment depending on the circumstances. 

You will receive order fulfillment notification the day when the order is ready to be dispatched. 

Ontario (GTA PO Boxes, non-GTA addresses) & Rest of Canada

  • $15 CAD shipping below $180 purchase before tax
  • Free shipping over $180 purchase before tax

        Order dispatch time will be between 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).  
        We use Stallion Express of which they have engaged last mile carriers (Fleet Optics, ICS Courier, Canada Post etc) for delivery. 
        We offer $100 worth of insurance on all shipped orders at no extra cost.
        You will receive order fulfillment notification with tracking number the day when the order is ready to be dispatched.
         

        United States

        We SHIP to continental US.

        We do not ship hobby paints/solvents (with dangerous goods labels) to US due to the nature of the product.  Sorry :(

          Free shipping on purchases:

          Zone 1: over US$300
          Zone 2: over US$300
          Zone 3: over US$300
          Zone 4: over US$400

          We use Stallion Express of which they have engaged last mile carriers (USPS / FedEx / UPS/NL Post) for delivery.

          We offer $100 CAD worth of insurance on all shipped orders at no extra cost. 
          You will receive order fulfillment notification with tracking number the day when the order is ready to be dispatched.

          IMPORTANT NOTICE: NEW ARRANGEMENT ON US SHIPMENTS (APRIL 25 2025)

          Private Warehouse

          When private warehouse is chosen under the shipping method, your order will be stored with us without being shipped for 60 days. 

          During this 60 days you can top up your order. 

          You can also instruct us to ship your orders within this 60 days. 

          Shipping will be calculated when we receive the ship out instructions - according to the total amount of the orders to be shipped. 

          After the order is with us for more than 60 days we will send you a reminder, arrange the ship out of the private warehouse orders, and invoice you the shipping fee where applicable.  

          If we do not receive any response within a reasonable timeframe (say 14 calendar days) after a reminder is sent:

          • if no further shipping fee is required, we will dispatch the item accordingly.

          • if further shipping fee is required which prevent us from dispatching the orders, we will consider the orders to be forfeited.  In this case:

            • The order will be cancelled, items will be restocked
            • A 10% restock fee will be charged against the order
            • The order amount less 10% restock fee will be a) refunded (in most cases), or b) store credit/gift card of the same amount will be issued to the customer (when order is made via PayPal and the order is over 60 days - as PayPal bars us from issuing a refund on orders over 60 days.
            • If in any case we cannot refund the amount to you (e.g. Paypal do not allow refund after 90 days), we will convert the refund amount into store credit.

            Once the shipping fee is settled we will dispatch the order between 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

            Private Warehouse orders are treated as final sales and we do not accept any exchange or refund on those orders.

             

            Pick Up

            Customers can choose pick-up at our store during our store's business hours when placing order online.  

              A pick up notification will be sent once the order is prepared.  Please only come for pick up after you received the notification.

              Order Keeping Time is 30 days.  We will send a reminder if the order has not been picked up.  

              If the order has not been picked up for too long we will consider the order forfeited.  In this case:

              • The order will be cancelled, items will be restocked
              • A 10% restock fee will be charged against the order

              Pre-Orders

              Pre-orders are required to be paid in full at the time of checkout.  If cash-on-the-spot is chosen, the payment has to be settled within 48 hours or the order will be cancelled automatically.  Since we commit our orders to suppliers after we receive your pre-order, pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refund.  

              The ETA stated in the product title represents the best estimate of the ETA based on various information.  This is not a guaranteed arrival date and is subject to change depending on actual production time, supplier's shipment situation etc.

              When your pre-orders arrive in our facility we will notify you via email.  It may be placed in Private Warehouse, or prepared for ship/pick-up depending on the circumstances (whether there are other pre-orders waiting, whether shipping fee has to be paid etc) which will be stated clearly in the email. 

              If it is a first-time release, manufacturer may not be able to fulfill all orders in the first batch even we placed a sufficient order to the supplier. Any order not fulfilled in the first batch will be fulfilled by subsequent restocks.

              When your pre-orders arrive in our facility we will notify you via email.  It may be placed in Private Warehouse, or prepared for ship/pick-up depending on the circumstances (whether there are other pre-orders waiting, whether shipping fee has to be paid etc) which will be stated clearly in the email.
