Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

All sales are final.  We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.

Private Warehouse orders and pre-orders are considered to be confirmed and fulfilled orders and cannot be cancelled/exchange/refund.

Restock Fee

10% restock fee will be charged if the order is forfeited under some circumstances (see Private Warehouse policy and Pick Up policy).
