Unlike the general type of structure where a hammer is hammered into the groove to create the grain, the CNC milling machine cuts the groove to create the file grain.

As a result, the surface is very refined and good sharpness can be obtained.

The bottom of the file is V-shaped as shown in the above figure, which makes it difficult for shavings to escape and makes it easy to clog the file. Even if it looks clogged, it can be easily removed by brushing it off with a brush.

The double mesh has good cutting power and the single mesh finishes cleanly, resulting in much higher work efficiency.
