This is a Gaia Color thinner with a retarder added.

Adding a retarder slows down the drying time of the paint, suppressing whitening when using an airbrush and allowing for clean, even brush strokes when applying with a brush.
The slow drying time also helps the paint spread evenly and enhances the gloss.

Add more retarder as needed.
