●A jig for making straight holes in the core (end face) and side of a plastic round bar.
●For 1mm diameter drill bit only.
●If you want to drill a hole smaller than 1mm in diameter, please use a drill bit with a 1mm shaft and a small diameter tip (However, the total length of the blade must be 18mm or more for core and end face processing).

● Please match the plastic rod itself to the specified size for high-precision processing.
●Example: When using a 2.0mm hole, 2.00 to 2.05mm is possible.

●When using for the first time, it is necessary to pass through the hole for the drill.
●By inserting a 1mm size drill, you can remove the excess plating thickness inside the drill hole.

●Be sure to use a drill bit of the specified size. The inner wall of the hole may be scraped and the accuracy may drop, and the blade may not come off.
