1/12 Ducati 888 Superbike Racer (Tamiya Motorcycle Series 63)

From 1990, the Ducati 888 went on to record three consecutive back-to-back Super Bike World Championships and now comes accurately reproduced as a plastic assembly model kit. Not seen with other machines, the 888 came equipped with a truss frame.

The slim form of Ducati's famous L-Twin motor has been accurately reproduced and separate parts to depict components such as the dry clutch provide the model with greater realism.

Engine and cowling parts are attached to the frame with the kit included metal screws.

Front and rear slick racing tires are depicted in solid synthetic rubber.
